The Charitable Trust for the Company of HR Resource Professionals are still relatively new. We are small and growing. Although limited, we are open to receiving requests for support. Our funds are donated from the members of the Company of HR Professionals and the proceeds of fundraising events.
The trustees are all volunteers who meet quarterly to review, discuss and respond to requests for support.
In 2025, we have focused on under-applied for objectives and developed a partnership with the CIPD Bursary Trust to award bursaries to support individuals to gain their level 3 HR qualifications. You can find out more by visiting their website. HRPCT Bursary - CIPD Trust
With limited funds available for 2025 we remain interested in hearing from charities or projects that:
- deliver positive outcomes that advance Human Resources practices;
- methodologies to promote effective workplace culture;
- activities that facilitate employment, employability and improve working lives.
We are more likely to support smaller charities (by income and staff numbers) and who are committed to championing inclusion.
If you think your work helps deliver the above aims then please consider completing the following on-line application form and remember to submit other requested documentation.
PLEASE NOTE: We are volunteers and there may be a delay to replies.
It may take up to 3 months to consider your application as we meet quarterly. Some applications may be reviewed quicker under special circumstances.
If you have any questions please contact info@hrcompanytrust.org.uk.
If you are applying for an individual bursary then please visit the CIPD Bursary Trust website. This special bursary is specifically designed for people who volunteer or work in a small charity who would benefit from HR Qualifications.
Please note, we are volunteers and it may take up to 72 days to consider requests and respond.
